  • Service: The Styles Ninja platform is composed of style.ninja web site and a browser extension for integration with AI tools such as Midjourney, chatGPT and more.
  • You: Any user accessing or using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Styles Ninja, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Accounts

To access certain features, including creating, sharing, or monetizing styles, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Protect your account credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Creating, Sharing, and Monetizing Styles

Styles Ninja allows you to create custom visual styles for use within Midjourney. You can share these styles publicly and choose to monetize them. Monetization features may be free initially but could involve paid subscriptions or fees in the future.

User Content and Feedback

Any styles or content you create or share remain your intellectual property. However, by sharing on Styles Ninja, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the Service.

Feedback provided by you becomes our exclusive property. You assign all rights to such Feedback and authorize its use without restriction.

Browser Extension

Our browser extension enables seamless use of Styles within platforms such as Midjourney or Discord. You must authenticate your Styles Ninja account via the extension to use it. The extension is provided "as-is," without warranty.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Styles Ninja at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styles Ninja shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Styles Ninja provides the Service "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free functionality, continuous availability, or compatibility with any specific platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will first attempt resolution amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be addressed according to applicable French law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
